Strategy, mission and objectives
UNI•C's mission is to encourage and optimize the use of IT throughout the educational sector.
UNI•C’s vision is to be the driving force behind the development and use of IT within the education sector, both in teaching, administration and research, in order to renew and improve the entire educational sector.

Objectives
- to ensure the development of IT services in the field of the Ministry of Children and Education and furthermore to develop IT services of high quality and security for the educational sector.
- to discharge the tasks of analysis and statistics for the Ministry of Children and Education and furthermore to provide statistical analysis facilities to the education and research sectors.
- to provide administrative systems for the Ministry of Children and Education and a range of educational institutions.
- to provide the Ministry of Children and Education with IT expertise in the broad sense, including assistance in the effectuation of new IT initiatives in the educational and administrative fields.
- to support international and national network-co-operation on network accords with a view to access to basic network resources for educational and research institutions, including high speed networks as required.
